Big ‘high fives’ to all you lovely Applebar friends!
Just a short post today to hold down the fort while we close up for a two week holiday. We are making the most of the Greek summer sunshine and heading over to Crete for a reflective, restorative and recreational retreat for a fortnight, with family and friends.
We are so excited to explore island life, its wonderful natural beauty and ancient history, its sea life, its culture, and of course sample the flavours of the vibrant Greek cuisine…any of you who know me well enough, know that I am a total foodie!
Anyway, I’m going to keep this short and sweet, and I look forward to bringing a little sunshine and culinary inspiration back with me…we are re-opening on Tuesday 3rd October and hitting the ground running with soups, veggie stews, and homemade bread back on the menu!
